The systems you already run, finally working as one
Most companies do not need one more platform. They need the ones they have to talk to each other — and the work that passes between them to stop being done by hand.
We design that layer, build it, and hand it over documented.
What we do
Three practices, one delivery team
Enterprise software, the transformation programme around it, and the automation that makes it pay for itself. Bought separately, delivered together.
Enterprise systems
ERP, CRM and the back office around them — implemented and configured to how your company actually works, not to how the vendor demo works.
Integration
One record, one truth. We connect systems bought years apart, so a number entered once stops being typed in three more places.
Process automation
The approvals, the reconciliations, the report someone rebuilds every Sunday night — mapped, automated, and watched so you know the moment one fails.
Data and reporting
One set of numbers that finance, operations and the board all read the same way — refreshed on a schedule rather than on request.
Security and access
Who may see what, enforced by the system instead of by convention: roles, an audit trail, and an offboarding that actually removes access.
Adoption and handover
Training, written documentation and a support window. A system nobody uses is a system nobody bought.

The shape of the work
One layer between the systems and the people
Nothing gets thrown away. Your ERP stays your ERP and the warehouse app stays where it is. What we add is the layer in the middle: it moves records between them, applies each business rule in one place instead of six, and raises its hand when something does not reconcile.
- Reads from the systems you already pay for
- One place where a business rule lives
- An alert on failure, never silence
- Every step logged and reversible
How we work
How an engagement runs here
Discovery
We sit with the people who do the work, not only the ones who sponsor it. You get a written map of the processes and where they leak — yours to keep, whether or not you continue with us.
Scope and a fixed price
Phases, dates, and a price per phase. No open day rate that keeps discovering new work every month.
Build in phases
Something real goes live at the end of each phase. You judge working software, not slides.
Handover and support
Your team runs it. We stay reachable for an agreed window, then step back on purpose.
Selected work
Systems that make the work visible
A closer look at how we turn operational friction into dependable software: clear ownership, traceable events, and a useful view of what happens next.

Fixed feetwo to three weeks
Before anyone commits to a build: a map of the processes, the systems and the gaps, with a costed plan at the end of it.
- Process mapping across departments
- System and data inventory
- Automation opportunities ranked by payback
- A costed, phased plan
Implementation
Per phasefixed on scope
The usual engagement: build the layer, migrate what has to move, and get it into daily use.
- Integration between your existing systems
- Automated processes with monitoring
- Data migration and reconciliation
- Reporting your finance team signs off on
- Training and written documentation
Managed operation
Monthlyrolling, three months notice
For companies that would rather not hire the team it takes to keep all of this running.
- Monitoring and incident response
- Changes as the business changes
- A named engineer who knows your setup
- A quarterly review of what to automate next
No public price list. Every figure is fixed in writing before work starts — we would rather lose a proposal than discover the scope halfway through it.
Questions
What we are asked before signing
Do we have to replace our current systems?
Usually not. Replacement is the most expensive answer and the one most likely to fail. We start by making what you own work together, and recommend replacing a system only when keeping it costs more than losing it.
How long before we see something working?
The first working release lands inside the first phase — weeks, not quarters. A proposal that cannot show you something real within two months is scoped wrong.
Who owns what you build?
You do — the code, the configuration, the documentation and the credentials. No part of the delivery is held back as leverage for a support contract.
What happens if the automation breaks at two in the morning?
It alerts, it stops, and it does not half-finish a transaction. Every automated step is logged and reversible, and the support window in your contract decides who gets woken up.
